1. Returns

Due to the nature of our skincare and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items
