International: Currently, we only ship within Ireland & the EU.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

📅 Return Eligibility
✔ Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
✔ Damaged or Faulty Items? If your order arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
📦 How to Return an Item
1️⃣ Email us at support@luxemantra.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method (return shipping is covered by the customer).
3️⃣ Once received & inspected, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

✔ Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee applies to returned items (excluding damaged or faulty products).
✔ Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
